Amateur Radio (Yaesu Vertex VX-170) in the forums?
I recently got a Yaesu Vertex VX-170 that I use for skiing and hiking applications backcountry. Also, the programming software, etc. Any good resources on hand to walk a novice amateur through all the steps to stay just Simple talk with other radios, repeaters etc. better still open – All users of this type of radio in Vancouver, who would be willing to guide me through this radio? Try your local club of amateur radio in Vancouver (USA or Canada?) I had different Yaesu xcvr years earlier. They are OK, but I seem difficult to use without a user manual with me at any time. Good luck. 73's

Change your appeal is voluntary. You can if you want the update, but this is not a requirement. I have my plates, while a technology enthusiast, and kept my call when I upgraded.

Hello, does anyone Beko with (HAM) radio amateur expereice amplifiers. I am particularly interested in members who have used the Beko HLV-550 (432mhZ, 500W), PA. We are looking for high power solid state 70 cm PA is ready to use straight from the box (no time to start assembling the PA module in boxes and add up to now, many other projects in the fire) Beko and appears to mark all the boxes.
